What to Expect
Active Pest Control is dedicated to eliminating pests at your business with the least amount of disruption to you or your employees. Here are the steps we typically take:
- A complete facility inspection will be done to determine the specific pest needs of your commercial site.
- A service recommendation will be made as well as a schedule for service. It will be necessary to let everyone in your facility know that service is scheduled 48 hours before treatment. This is to let anyone who works in your facility who might be sensitive to chemicals to make other arrangements.
- Upon arrival, our technician will check in with the appropriate facility manager. The technician often will ask for another walk-through with the facility manager and to go over treatment specifications.
- Once treatment is complete, a site log is given to the appropriate facility manager to log any areas of concern when we are not on your property.
- Our inspectors maintain a close relationship with their customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
